I stumbled into my journalism career quite unexpectedly during college. I initially joined the college newspaper as a web designer, but everything changed one night when the entire staff, except for three of us, was let go. That night, I wrote my first news article and designed my first newspaper layout, igniting my passion for journalism.

After graduation, I had the opportunity to work at three of the top newspapers in Georgia, where I earned awards for my writing, design, and photography. During my time in the industry, I covered a wide range of topics, including breaking news, business, features, sports, and—my favorite—entertainment. I’ve had the privilege of interviewing some of the biggest names in music, blending my love for storytelling with my passion for the industry.
