Hi, I’m Karah-Leigh.

I’m a writer, marketing professional, and former award-winning journalist based in Atlanta.

I’m the author of Backstreet Boys: 30th Anniversary Celebration and Boy Bands: The Ultimate Trivia Book, and I’m currently expanding my work into contemporary romance.

My upcoming novel, How to Be an Adult Fangirl, combines two things I know well, romance books and fandom. I love writing stories about music, pop culture, relationships, second chances, and women figuring out what they really want.

I hold a master’s degree in marketing and am currently pursuing an MFA in Creative Writing with a focus on romance.

Outside of writing, I work professionally in marketing and run BSBFangirls.com, an independent fan platform covering the Backstreet Boys, their individual careers, and the fan experience.

When I’m not writing or working, I’m usually reading a romance novel, listening to Taylor Swift, watching sports, or traveling with my best friends to see our favorite boy bands.

At the center of everything I do is storytelling, whether that is through fiction, marketing, journalism, or fangirl culture.
